don't know about Sheraton Great Wall, but the upgrade policy of Grand Hyatt in Beijing sucks! Used to stay in Grand Hyatt everytime I'm in Beijing but now I moved my business to St. Regis and just hope that the new Hyatt hotels in Beijing are going to be reality soon! (Park and Regency Hyatt)
