I too like the kiosk concept. I am a long time Quicksilver member and my profile is current. In using the kiosk at DFW, why am I asked about purchasing insurance or gas when my preferences are in my profile?
On another note, does Alamo ever issue plastic cards to their Quicksilver members?

We are currently working to enhance the Kiosk process. This will include the ability for your preferences to be available when using the Kiosk machines, thus eliminating the need to offer products that you may have already accepted or declined on your master rental agreement profile. We are also revitalizing the QuickSilver program, and hope to have more information on that in the near future.
