If you are a Swedish resident you can get a Swedish Amex HHonors card for 1500 SEK/year where gold staus is included. Diamond challenge is 15 nights within 90 days after card is issued. You get 3 HH points / 8 SEK and 5 HH points / 8 SEK when using the card at Hilton properties. For me at least this card is a really worth the price.
