Gold comes with Ambassador and Platinum comes with Royal Ambassador Status, the only ways I know of to get RA is to be invited as loyal customer (various ways have been show how to prove you are a loyal customer on IC Threads) or to get a refferal ricket that comes with the RA pack from someone who has already enrolled in RA.
