I booked a Caddy (family traveling, lots of bags, etc.) and was told when I arrived that the only thing they had was either a convertible (too small) or a H3. Cut a long story short...I took the H3, not because I wanted it, but it was available.
What a horrible piece of junk. The seats are not comfortable at all. Visibility is poor, due to the tiny slits they called windows. Claustrophobic even. Poor mileage, of course. And, the interior is actually quite small.
I am actually quite upset that they could just stick me with this thing, even though my reservation was for a Caddy Deville or similar. Can they actually do that?
Anyhow, thinking about getting the H3? Don't!
