OK, I understand: as of 1/1/04: YBM at booking, HQK at 100 hours, and LUT at 24 hours. Although annoying, I could learn to live with that. What I probably can not learn to live with is no more unlimited 500-mile segment upgrade points for PM's.

Is it correct that four every 10,000 miles flown you earn 4 500-mile upgrade points? So for every 10,000 miles in coach you get to fly 2,000 miles in first?
