Well, since it will cost another $15 fee ($10 I guess for ticket-by-mail) to redeem the $25 voucher, it's simply a reimbursement for the fee in and of itself at best. It all makes the idea of the initial $10 voucher offer kind of absurd.
Can't you use the voucher for non-ticketing items like excess baggage or towards a 500 mile upgrade purchase and avoid the fee?
