I got an e-mail from Swiss to have my award ticket to Spain (wih Iberia) to re-confirm. The award ticket was issued under the TravelClub rules.

Well, I wrote them an e-mail, re-confirming my itinerary as it is.

All outbound flihgts (both on Swiss and on Iberia) show now "re-confirmed" whilst the inbound flights show the normal "OK".

What is this "re-confirmation" for and why was I asked to "re-confirm" my flights?
