Actually, I posted on another forum that Four Peaks' hefe has beat Widmere as my favorite American hefe (unless you read my post and was pushing buttons ) To me it has the sweetness and smoothness of my favorite German hefes (Franziskaner, Ayinger).

BTW - The Four Peaks I had was on tap....not sure about the hefe in bottles.
