I just checked my flying blue account online and by telephone 13th June 22:45 GMT to be informed that "since my last statement I have accumulated 0 miles, my account shows a credit balance of 0 miles, since the beginning of the year I have earned 0 miles and that I have 0 level miles."
Of course my account online shows the true balance and my Gold Elite Plus status, but there are no activities shown, my level flights (Ive done 29 so far this year) have been returned to zero and there is no history of any flights on the account.
I'm thinking there's a glitch in the system - maybe if its routine maintenance they could have at least blocked the site. Anyway else have this problem?
