I had the same problem yesterday, and called the SP line. She was able to reset the password for me, which was a godsend. Also heard that SP cards don't go out till end of June, which is absolutely ridiculous.
Why could they not have waited to go live? None of this had to be done "live" without another option. At least in the new program, elites don't have to pay for phone reservations. PITA, if you ask me, but it's USAirways, so I don't actually expect more these days.
