My friend arrived in Zurich today, minus her suitcase courtesy of KLM. She is heading out to an art festival and may not have an address to have suitcase sent to.

My question: she has no clothes, as everything is in lost suitcase. All she really needs is a few things: pair of shoes and basic clothes. Will the airline reimburse her for a few hundred Euros to buy on change of clothes? Apparently, they did not even give her a kit at the airport with toiletries.

Any advice on what should she do? Thanks,
