It nearly happened to me last week. I was in Kiev (Ukraine) in the only international hotel available in town. After having done my excercises in the gym I went into the steam room, which I enjoy as it has some therapeutical effect as I suffer from hayfever. Picture it, I just sit there on my little towel.
At some point a drop dead gorgeous young man enters the room (second half 20s, maybe very early 30s) with a very flat stomach

. He did some stretch excercises to loosen up his muscles. We started chatting a bit about why we were in Kiev. Him for business, me for a hotel site-inspection. I could figure out a lovely sweet South african accent, which he later confirmed.
He told me he would have a massage just a few minutes later. He left before anything steamy could have happened. Or maybe I am slow in picking up signals.... even after he -nearly litterally- dropped his towel at the end, just before he left the room. I don't know if I was ignorant and he wanted more.
But, I feel a bit mixed up afterwards. Was I stupid as I did not act, or is it better not to do such things in a public place as a hotel, even in a secluded steam room with no other guest around.
Anyway, it's better that it didn't happen. I am practically married
