The first one, as said, is definately no problem. I often arrive for intl (granted at RDU and with elite status) a bit over an hour before. Never had problems. Actually, after problems with the hotel at LGW (the Sofitel) and their elevators, I arrived at checkin about an hour and twenty minutes in advance. Lucky I had elite check-in, as otherwise I would have been screwed, but I made the flight.

CDG though has horrible lines. Not sure about how that one would go. Do they both go into the same terminal? Edit - just notice you arrive at nine. No problem at all with this then. My son, on his trip to France with his class (on DL) arrived at 9h30 for a 1h20 flight and was by 11h30. The DL terminal though is a horrible bus ride. You have elite, so no worries.
