Made a reservation on united.bomb tonight and it spits out an error message, something like "please wait for verification" with a big exclamation point in a triangle. No verification ensued. I checked "my itineraries" and saw nothing. No email. Figured site crashed. So, redid reservation, QUP fare disappeared on one of my flights... spend more time to find an alternative and re-book.

Call united.bomb help desk to clear up 1st reservation and sit on hold for 1 hr. Nothing. I then click through "my itineraries" and suddenly I have 3 bookings! Go through and try to cancel ones I don't want and I can't. Hang up and call 1P folks and manage to cancel. However, discover that the original flight I want is still not ticketed despite a valid cc. 1P reservations has no idea and tell me to call the bomb back. I'm now on hold for 30 minutes and there's no end in sight. RAAAARRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
