I tried this back in March at LGA, and they'll make a notation on that particular ticket stock # as to the day of intended use, in addition to the name as with any gift certificate.
If you arrange this in advance physically at the CRC they'll be using, the staff at the desk can also make a notation in the book instead.
The CRC staff at LGA also referred me to Regus Network at 1 (888) 271-4615 (
www.regus.com), but Regus also requires you to provide the name, address, phone, and other various bits of personal information of the gift recipient, while Delta asks only for the name.
