I meant that it is common to encounter an AC agent who is ignorant of the rules.
Really though, my interactions with regular agents have been pretty dismal, in the sense that they feed me the wrong info and insist on it. If I actually posted each time I've been told the wrong thing, I'd be an evangelist by now (tongue in cheek, but there's some truth to this statement).
I sometimes wonder if I should have printouts of all Andrew Yiu posts where he states the rules, as well as all AC.com printouts (for backup).

AC is a good airline, and believe it or not the only thing I'm really unhappy about it are many of their regular agents, especially the ones who aren't ex-Wardair or ex-CP (why? because the ex-CP/Wardair ones have been nothing but amazing, at the airport, in the air, or on the phone).
