I am a coach of a college sports team that uses SW all the time. One time I made a mistake and emailed everyone on the team the confirmation number with the flight times. We all used the same confirmation number. Well, to make the story short. A few players decided to check on-line 24 hours in advance on our outgoing trip. Thinking that I didn't do it for them. Instead of just checking their own names, they thought they were doing the team a favor and checked everyone's name. When we met at the airport, each of us were handed 4 boarding passes. The ones I printed didn't have the "r". The rest of them did. Even at the airport, we were asked if we needed a re-print. We all laughed and handed the ticket agent our boarding passes.
