Awww.. it's been awhile since you've dissed one of my posts.

Well, I stand by what I said and will continue to do so unless I notice a drastic improvement -- I have had way too many encounters where an agent will tell me something completely wrong and would challenge me if I politely questioned him/her.

Ok, I'm ready for another rolly eyes. Bring it on!

But I do like flying Air Canada. Really. Overall it's a good thing going.
