I only check luggage very rarely. But if so with the HON tag and not arriving in FRA ( ) guarantees very fast delivery. I've seen it arriving 5 to 20 minutes ahead of the remaining luggage.
Looking at one right now (even worthless SEN's can get them ) and it is the "orangie" priority center similar to the normal SEN/*G priotity tags with a blue border around it and HON in white letters printed on.

... speaking of FRA. What's wrong with the luggage guys there I'm wondering. Some of the worst waiting times around. Compare to Changi where it took me 10min last Fri coming in from HKG on an absolutely full 747 from getting off the plane and through immigration to the carrousel and my luggage (no Raffles/Priority tags for me as *G this time as agent had forgotten them - need to pay more attantion ) still beat me to it. Amazing.
