Short answer:
The only way to do this is to call AA, redeposit the awards and then hope that once yopu do that, inventory will open up in A. No Guarantee that seats will open and if F is full (or getting full) it makes it even more challenging.
You can always have the agent try and request from Revenue Management but I wouldn't count on it.
Also, you may want to use ExpertFlyer to setup an alert for that flight for when A inventory comes available.
