Do you think DL, who always brags about how their website is so great, could finally improve the Award Ticket Search Engine it has on its website???

First off... the engine only gives you 3 day blocks... which tells you nothing. 10 day blocks would be better.

Second... if you happen to nail something in the 3 day block on your outbound, then you get to the inbound and nothing is available... you got to start from scratch

Third... It does not remember what you put in... as for airports... dates... times... class of service... have to reenter all of it...

Fourth... does not allow you to search international destinations

I think it is time Delta upgraded this part of their website. And yes, I know you can call in... but sometimes it is nice to just search from the comfort of your own home.

Do you all feel the same way about this feature???
