Why not use Hawaiian Airlines from either LAS or LAX? They're a Virgin Flying Club partner, and I'm sure the service is better than ATA 757, you'll be on a 767 with a decent meal and the ability to either earn or spend points on that flight. Right now fares from LAS/HNL rt are in the low $500 range in September, you can very often find <$400 out of LAX as well.
