As far as lounge access is concerned I would assume you have access if you are flying an AF-coded flight and your FB elite level gives you access. So, if your BP says AF then everything is fine anyway.

I don't know if Air Seychelles is a special case, like e.g. Kenya Airways and China Southern are in AMS for KL, but I wouldn't be surprised if you have access to the AF lounge at CDG even if your BP says Air Seychelles (what is that, HM?).
