Had dinner last night with FlyinHawaiian at Soot Bull Jeep. They do have a small parking lot and I was lucky enough to score a spot.

Take a number right inside the front door. The system as you wait for your table to open up. On the busy Friday night it was in disarray, make sure you stay on the waitstaff to see what number is next. They will not seat your party unless all are present.

We chose three meats: spencer steak, short ribs, and shrimp

Spencer steak was good and was extra refreshing when wrapped in the lettuce leaves brought to the table.

Short ribs and shrimp were both terrific ^ ^ ^

Big bottles of OB and Hite beer were split

A number of small sides were served with the meal, items such as rice, kim chee, fermented soybean paste, salads.

I'll be back for sure ^ ^
