I was there two months ago. The rooms are very nice, but they didn't blow me away. Very ho hum. The flat screen TV is nice. The FS is up near the top of the building so I don't think it much matters what floor you stay in.
Call the Concierge before you get there if you want to do something. They'll take care of your request before you arrive.
