In BC you will often see mufti clad Mounties hiding behind anything they can to nab people not wearing seatbelts. They will have one in mufti calling in the car make and model to three uniformed members further down the road who pull people over. A lot of this is done on double bubble overtime, the cost is outrageous.
Police forces in BC appear to have a bottomless pit of money to target marijuana grow ops. They tear down one and two more appear in it's place.
