Even trying to reach Delta on the internet has been very difficult the last three days. The website has been offline, or only partly operating the last three days from time to time. I wonder? If I can't make a reservation over the internet, if reservation agents are having trouble making there reservations. This means a big back log for the agents, and you (us) are left 0n hold.
