Hi,

I've tried to use WEBIN twice now. Both for stays in the US that showed WEBIN option under my reservations.

The first time I didn't have any success and had to use 800 checking. When I pressed the WEBIN link internet explorer came up with url not found.

The second time it made it to the WEBIN screen. I was able to enter the WEBIN promotion code and CC but when I pressed the check in button at the bottom of the screen it immediately came back with URL not found (https://www.hyattwebin.com/confirmRe...ionOptions.do). I tried it 6 times before it actually worked.

How have other peoples experience been? Has anyone else had difficulties? If not how many times have you successfully used it?
