Alamo has my business in Dalls and Las Vegas.

I have rented in Dallas and Las Vegas several times over the past few months, every time using the kiosk. A few of the questions and pages are annoying, but I am sure they have to display them for legal and sales purposes. I will take a few annoying screens over standing in line for an hour any day.

How nice is it to walk in, swipe your CC and DL, answer a few simple questions, and walk out the door with your rental agreement in hand.

I love the look on other customers faces when I walk in, print my rental in about 3 minutes, and they have not even moved in line. I guess you can compare it to the long lines at the airlines with no one using kiosks; amateur travelers maybe?
