Add ~$100-150 round trip for SYD flights out of SNA. That's an option I always grab, as I'm a 5-10 min. cab ride from SNA, and I avoid the hassle and cost of SuperSh*ttle, the 405...and earn another 1000 miles EQM for a 40 mile commuter flight.

BTW, the fares I was quoting were from SNA, not LAX. So yes, they would be a bit cheaper. And returning in Dec. keeps the fare lower. Early January returns are very tough to get at a reasonable price!

But whichever airport you decide to leave from, book it NOW at those fares. Those fares WILL go up!

Have a great trip, and be sure to go on the Bridge Climb in SYD! It's well worth the cost.
