Since it specifically says "Carribean", I would say that it includes the Carribean.

I don't know why you have your doubts. Skyteam has the same sort of program for Asia and Europe. (Asia pass and Europe pass).

The problem I have with Asia pass is that they are only available in Y. Not such a big deal for Europe or North America where most all flights are less than 3 hours, but in Asia, there are alot of 6-7 hour or longer flights.
