HHonors is having so many technical glitches as of late it's rather frustrating. And every single stay we've had to fix is requiring 8-15 minutes to fix (at a minimum). And even then it's not necessarily correct.
I've had stays "post" that had all earning styles noted, and many of those either had no points/miles posted or had them posted incorrectly.
It also seems like more HHonors reps have had their hands tied in terms of doing things while on the phone or are just hesitant to do a quick fix.
