NZ's refurbished 747s give 34 inches (and that makes a suprisingly big difference) + full AVOD.
SQ - I remeber reading somewhere that some of their extended range 777s (i.e. direct flights from Singapore to the US) offer 37 inches as standard.
NZ's 747s already had 34" pitch before the refit. The seat has changed and avod added.
SQ's A345 (not 777) operate the ultralonghaul SIN-LAX and SIN-EWR flights - these have extra pitch for all economy seats.
