I m heading back up to Canada soon,
does anyone have an idea which bank's ATMs can dispense the largest quantity of $$ at once.

I have used TD with $1400 limit, but it recently went down to $1200, and I need to withdraw as much as possible at once from my foreign account to minimize fees
