Is Air Canada now using booking centers in India?

Just curious with a booking that I am trying to make a change to and having some difficulties getting what I need answered with a Flight Pass purchase.

I had some difficulities recently trying book on United with similar situation. It took 5 phone calls and about two hours to resolve the problem with someone I finally got in Nova Scotia.

For the record they were very nice - just really uniformed.
