While it's possible these have not yet been finalized, I just looked over the standard/recommended floor plans of Starwood's new aLoft hotels. All the rooms appeared to be essentially the same size, with maybe 1-2 rooms per floor with a slightly larger bathroom due to placement. Developers might take a different tact, but it doesn't appear that there will be any suites in these properties.

This strategy makes sense given the targeted demographic and intended usage for the hotels.
