I always cringe when I hear it going off when the F/As are strapped in their seat... I am thinking it better be pretty serious, and its probably someone ready to puke...

A few weeks ago I was on flights with a number of kid tour groups and had to suffer about 1-3 sick kids per flight... I watched one girl lose it trying to get into the front lav on a 757... early into the 5.5 hour flight so we got to smell it and step over it the whole time... nice...
