I had the same problem yesterday and today. Had to call SMS to straighten out one international reservation because it did not appear, and then it appeared. Today, I booked another one way ticket and had to log off and back on and then it appeared. Now I am talking to DL internet support as I am trying to edit this itinerary and cannot get the flight I want added to it. DL seems to have a lot of quirks on the web-site.
I know the reply is 2 weeks late, but it seems that any PNR's that were "played" with by the call centers, cannot be edited online, its an odd and stupid glitch.
