I am not familiar with the CDP's you mentioned. But I also have a lot of CDP I can or could use. So I just called Hertz and asked the agent which one would be the best. She was very friendly quite well informed and showed me the best CDP. Afterwards I sometimes doublechecked the price I got with my prefered CDP compared to others and it was also the best deal. The other possibility is just to make some dummy booking for the same date/car/location etc but to change the CDP's and see which one is the best for you.
