I just wish that folks would stop using pseudophedrine and Sudafed interchangeably. Since Sudafed was reformulated to EXCLUDE pseudophedrine (due to it being a key ingredient in crystal meth) they are NOT the same thing.

You can still find some off-brand decongestants that contain pseudophedrine, and in some states you have to request those at the counter.

Personally, I think each person's sinus/nasal stuffiness is unique and may react to different products different from other people's stuffiness. My DH doesn't get any relief from almost every product out there, Rx or OTC. He probably needs surgery. I'm pregnant and can't take pseudophedrine (but I can take Sudafed brand) but my Zyrtec does most of the job for me.
