I'm not sure I understand this talk about terminal 1 to terminal 3. IIRC, all the TED flights go in and out the gates close up to the central terminal, next to the walkway to the Int'l terminal...74-77? In that instance, everything is terminal 3. If that's the case, one just walks down those long corridors to the mainline domestic gates. For that, 45 minutes should work without much trouble. I should disclose, however, I have no knowledge of the joys of parenthood.
