I have my son and his family (with an infant) going from LAS to SEA. The connection is at SFO. When we tried to book it, the CSA said the computer wouldn't take it since the connection time is 45 minutes and the requirement is 50 minutes. She overrode the computer and booked the flights.

My question is: they are coming in on a TED flight from LAS and connecting to a UA flight in SFO to SEA. Considering they have an infant, is 45 minutes enough time to make it? Will their check-in luggage make it? They have to go from terminal 1 to terminal 3. IIRC, it's not a far walk from gate to gate in this instance but my memory isn't quite what it used to be.
