My take on it as a long-time alllergy/asthma sufferer (who got MUCH better with allergy shots, but that's a different story).


On DAYS when I am clogged, I reach for Claritin-D, which has both claritin and pseudonephrine (sudafed) in it.....

At night, I reach for Benadryl, as it is a bit sedating, whereas the sudafed is a bit "activiating."

Astellin is a great nasal spray, but I think it's prescription only....
