That's been ongoing since the first of this year. I think somewhere between 1/4 & 1/2 of the HP mainline fleet has been painted and some of the HP Express as well.

I may have mis-understood the OP's question as referring to the combined US, not just planes painted in the new (or old US) livery, or operated only by US East and it's affiliates.

So if the question is how many planes say US Airways or US Airways Express on the side, the answer is probably over 500 by now.

If the question is how many planes US East and it's affiliates operate, the answer is 450 or so.
