I am in the similar situation. I wonder about that, too. But, I must say the concierges all over the world have been just fantastic. They have helped me and my whole family. It will be so sad to say goodbye to them!

I have been thinking to fly TG in F from BKK to one of their latest route to JNB. I got one of the conslidators to give me a quote for $3,200 to get 16,780 miles! 19 cents/mile. A really paid First class. No need to worry about aerolotto. Too bad, I don't have that much holiday left.
