Since a lot of us earn our status without the aid of huge corporate travel budgets, if it really matters to you, then spend some of your own money and do a SIN Run or similar MR to keep your status. It's all a personal judgement of what really matters in your life. If your employer cannot support your flight style, then you'll have to fill the gap or join the rest of us down herein the basement...

As noted, if you get your company to buy a transCanada Latitude pass -- or if they'd bought one when they first came out -- you'd be earning an extra 25% and getting upgrades into real J. That would have boosted your base mileage with COS and you'd easily hit SE. Guess you've gotta take control of your travel situation!
