Shower upon arrival in SIN on SQ 19?

We'll be arriving in Singaore on June 18 at 5:40am (SQ19). We are traveling in Raffles, but I'm not sure that our hotel room will be available. Don't know if it is better or worse or makes any difference that we are arriving on a Sunday. We'll be staying at the Shangri-La - is there a lounge that we could access for a shower before heading off to the hotel?
