LAX-HKG $1400 RT 15,000 miles Q class Upgradable
HKG BKK $120 OW 1,000 miles
BKK-YVR $1700 RT 18,000 miles in J class.

$3300 ish..

You should earn (assuming you have the 100% SE bonus)
67-70,000 miles which justify the expense.
