Need Help - How to use tavel voucher on Co.com
Recently, I book a RT flight on CO.COM partially paid for with a travel voucher as CO.COM allowed me to enter the PIN code. It accepted my reservation and confirmed purchase. All looked normal including having the itinerary in the reservation summary for several days.
This morning I tried to access the reservation, CO.COM informed me that reservation was cancelled because it was not purchased. Thankfully, one of the legs still has 3 seats available and the price did not increase. I repurchased the ticket with my credit card.
Now, I have two concerns.
1. What happened to the value of my travel voucher? I send an email to CO on-line support. Who else should I contact?
2. How do I correctly use the travel voucher online? Are there more information required than the PIN code?
